Ketchum Sun Valley Chic Micro Wedding

Florist, Elizabeth Stam in Hailey Idaho knows how to design her wedding. So much thought and intention in everything for her and Matt’s Sun Valley wedding. They had a simple and intimate backyard wedding but didn’t hesitate on having the biggest ceremony arch drenched in flowers. A three tier cake, and dinner catered. She even hand dyed all of the napkins and table cloths.

What I love most about weddings is the story of how different each couple is. There is no one way to have a romance. No straight path to it being what we see in the movies. I think seeing love stories with their own unique template gives everyone else permission to love however they want. Weather you are 50 years old and getting married for the first time, on your third marriage, have a family with that person already, broke up in-between, or you are about to have a baby within the next month. To me, it is wildly inspiring and so beautiful. The spectrum of love is endless.

The next day, we got up at sunrise to shoot in the same area that they had their wedding, use her flowers and do maternity photos on the river.
